Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success, Western US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers through coaching, performance reviews, and setting clear expectations
  • Drive retention and satisfaction by using KPIs and customer insights to manage account health and facilitate renewal and expansion conversations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and monitor key CS metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience managing Customer Success Managers in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of CS metrics and operational tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Proven ability to hold individuals accountable and manage performance
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on account strategy
  • Proactive and flexible working style suited for startup environments
