Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute success strategies aligned with customer objectives and conduct strategic business reviews
  • Drive adoption strategies and change management to maximize platform utilization and establish success criteria
  • Analyze health metrics to predict customer trajectory and implement intervention strategies for at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of customer success experience managing a strategic book of business
  • Experience with a portfolio of 25-50 mid-market or enterprise accounts with $5-7M ARR
  • Strong track record in renewals and upsell motions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, and Gainsight
  • Ability to design practical solutions that improve scale and efficiency
