Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Ad Solutions.

- Own onboarding and campaign setup coordination for new advertisers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication
- Monitor performance daily and partner with the Network Performance team for optimizations
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of Customer Success experience in an ad network or digital advertising environment
- Experience with customer onboarding and campaign management
- Proven ability to manage advertiser relationships and deliver strong outcomes
- Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and analyzing performance data
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities
