Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Ad Solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of Customer Success experience in an ad network or digital advertising environment
  • Experience with customer onboarding and campaign management
  • Proven ability to manage advertiser relationships and deliver strong outcomes
  • Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and analyzing performance data
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities
