- Provide strategic direction and establish consultative relationships with clients

- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success or a similar role managing complex Enterprise accounts
- Formal or informal project management expertise
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Background in SaaS and/or HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
- Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
