Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and establish consultative relationships with clients
  • Illustrate business value through metrics and proof points for customer engagements
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success or a similar role managing complex Enterprise accounts
  • Formal or informal project management expertise
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Background in SaaS and/or HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
