- Provide strategic direction and establish consultative relationships with clients
- Utilize data to offer product and strategy recommendations while identifying upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success or a similar role
- Background managing complex, global Enterprise accounts
- Formal or informal project management expertise
- Experience in SaaS and/or HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
