  • Provide strategic direction and establish consultative relationships with clients

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success or a similar role
  • Background managing complex, global Enterprise accounts
  • Formal or informal project management expertise
  • Experience in SaaS and/or HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
