Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will own strategic customer relationships and drive retention and growth across high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Own renewals and drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts
  • Proven ownership of renewals; expansion experience strongly preferred
  • Experience running sales cycles from opportunity to close is a plus
