Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Renewal Manager to support the Customer Success Organization in driving customer renewals for strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead executive communications and develop renewal strategies for assigned contracts
  • Drive large renewal negotiations and manage an accurate forecast for upcoming renewals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance the renewal process and provide guidance on pricing solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in complex contract management
  • Experience in building stakeholder partnerships within the Enterprise segment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies relevant to the renewal cycle
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
