Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Senior CSMs
  • Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the Enterprise CSM team
  • Manage team outcomes for a defined portfolio of top Enterprise accounts, driving retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading and coaching teams, preferably in Enterprise Customer Success
  • Proven track record managing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts with significant ARR
  • Strong people leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms is a plus
