Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer journey post-sale, leading onboarding, adoption, success, and renewal efforts
  • Drive value realization by aligning the platform to customer engineering and operational initiatives
  • Serve as a technical advisor, leading high-stakes conversations with executives about product adoption and business impact
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles in SaaS
  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts with a focus on adoption and renewal
  • Ability to engage with both technical users and executives effectively
  • Deep understanding of SDLC practices, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on framing technical work in terms of business impact
