- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management
- Lead Success Planning focused on 12-month outcomes and measure success using best practices
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews, preparing content and articulating the value of solutions to customers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, managing mid/high/strategic tier accounts
- Solid knowledge of cloud solutions and ability to discuss IAM topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with compliance requirements such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2
- Proficiency in CRM systems like SFDC or Gainsight
- Fluency in Portuguese
