A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management
  • Lead Success Planning focused on 12-month outcomes and measure success using best practices
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews, preparing content and articulating the value of solutions to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, managing mid/high/strategic tier accounts
  • Solid knowledge of cloud solutions and ability to discuss IAM topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with compliance requirements such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like SFDC or Gainsight
  • Fluency in Portuguese
