Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined portfolio of customers, focusing on renewals and expansion
  • Lead executive-facing quarterly business reviews and drive alignment across multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Contribute to customer success strategies and process improvements while representing the voice of the customer
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
  • 7-10+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS technology company
  • Proven track record of managing complex client engagements and building long-term relationships
  • Experience managing deal sizes ranging from $100k to $5M
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft products, and other customer management tools is a plus
