Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers and formulate onboarding plans
- Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and work with sales teams to manage renewals and minimize churn
- Collaborate with customers and the Edu team to ensure proper education on product features and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management
- Fluency in English; professional fluency in German is preferred
- Relevant domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, or software development lifecycle
- Ability to take ownership of customer portfolios and make key decisions independently
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal and professional development
