Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers and formulate onboarding plans
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and work with sales teams to manage renewals and minimize churn
  • Collaborate with customers and the Edu team to ensure proper education on product features and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management
  • Fluency in English; professional fluency in German is preferred
  • Relevant domain knowledge in areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, or software development lifecycle
  • Ability to take ownership of customer portfolios and make key decisions independently
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal and professional development
