Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of leadership experience in customer success or related fields
- Experience in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven success in building and scaling Customer Success Management functions
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
