Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - (Enterprise).

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts to drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
  • Provide technical guidance and support for solution implementation and product adoption
  • Oversee client GRC transformation projects and engage with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Key requirements of the role:
  • 6-10 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project management focused on mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Proven experience in managing complex digital transformation projects
  • In-depth understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple complex initiatives
  • Strong technical acumen with proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software
