Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - (Enterprise).
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts to drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
- Provide technical guidance and support for solution implementation and product adoption
- Oversee client GRC transformation projects and engage with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Key requirements of the role:
- 6-10 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project management focused on mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Proven experience in managing complex digital transformation projects
- In-depth understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple complex initiatives
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software
