Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire post-sales experience including onboarding, implementation, renewals, up-sells, and strategic account management for enterprise-level customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate by working cross-functionally to meet customer needs
  • Use data to develop insights into customer business needs and identify opportunities for revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance, preferably in underwriting, operations, or systems
  • Experience in customer success or client-facing relationship management positions
  • Proven experience partnering with large enterprise-level organizations
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • A degree in business, risk management, communications, or marketing is helpful
