Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee post-sale relationships with enterprise customers in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships by understanding their security challenges and conducting regular Executive Business Reviews
  • Provide technical guidance during implementation and help customers interpret security data and integrate the platform into their workflows
  • Monitor customer health indicators to identify risks and drive resolution, while advocating for customer needs with product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or technical support roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (SOC, security engineering, incident response, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and concepts like external attack surface management and continuous threat exposure management
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical data into business value for both technical and executive audiences
  • Technical proficiency with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, or cloud security tools
