Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement success plans to align with customers' strategic initiatives
- Deliver quarterly Customer Success Reviews to highlight successes and refocus priorities
- Drive adoption through onboarding, training, and regular customer touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role for a B2B SaaS or similar technology company
- Experience with industrial/manufacturing organizations is a plus
- Ability to interact with and present to Senior Director+ levels at global Fortune 500 companies
- Experience owning the renewal process and collaborating on account plans
- Knowledge of time-series and data analytics in manufacturing is an asset
