Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement success plans to align with customers' strategic initiatives
  • Deliver quarterly Customer Success Reviews to highlight successes and refocus priorities
  • Drive adoption through onboarding, training, and regular customer touchpoints
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role for a B2B SaaS or similar technology company
  • Experience with industrial/manufacturing organizations is a plus
  • Ability to interact with and present to Senior Director+ levels at global Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience owning the renewal process and collaborating on account plans
  • Knowledge of time-series and data analytics in manufacturing is an asset
