- Own the full customer lifecycle, from implementation to renewal
- Effectively coordinate and lead the internal team to support customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management roles
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical topics and products
- Proven track record of meeting targets for customer renewal and expansion
- Strong people management skills, including influencing and negotiating
- Experience working with technical audiences is a plus
