Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - Emerging Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop growth strategies and ensure successful renewals and expansions
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with client executives, including VPs and C-suite officers
  • Regularly monitor account health and create customized success plans to maximize customer value from the product
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • 3+ years of experience working with mid-market SaaS customers
  • Proven ability to manage software adoption within Enterprise organizations
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen related to enterprise growth drivers
  • Experience driving adoption of AI solutions is a plus
