Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (US Eastern Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers, coordinating with Sales for successful implementation
  • Engage with customers to understand their goals and provide tailored guidance, while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and usage, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in software/SaaS sales and/or customer success, preferably with enterprise experience
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and developer tools
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other customer success platforms
  • Experience building relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders
  • Startup experience is preferred
