Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (US Eastern Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers, coordinating with Sales for successful implementation
- Engage with customers to understand their goals and provide tailored guidance, while identifying expansion opportunities
- Monitor customer health and usage, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in software/SaaS sales and/or customer success, preferably with enterprise experience
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and developer tools
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other customer success platforms
- Experience building relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders
- Startup experience is preferred
