Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive measurable impact across a portfolio of North America based customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full accountability for a $3-5m ARR portfolio, owning Net and Gross Revenue Retention targets
  • Work with customer stakeholders to define and realize measurable value across product lines
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead Executive Business Reviews


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar SaaS B2B roles
  • Experience meeting Revenue Retention and expansion targets for global, enterprise-size accounts
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts across various business units
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and experience in growth conversations
  • Track record of driving high customer satisfaction and revenue performance
