Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute project plans to ensure customer value from the system
- Conduct regular coordination calls across departments to meet project expectations
- Manage customer relationships from onboarding to long-term retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline
- 3+ years of customer relationship management experience in a technology company within the Transportation industry
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA Regulations
- Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) products
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or Totango is a plus
