Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute project plans to ensure customer value from the system
  • Conduct regular coordination calls across departments to meet project expectations
  • Manage customer relationships from onboarding to long-term retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline
  • 3+ years of customer relationship management experience in a technology company within the Transportation industry
  • Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA Regulations
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) products
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or Totango is a plus
