Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Digital Led.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer onboarding and activation through data-driven support and marketing engagements
  • Identify and mitigate risks using data and product signals, coordinating strategies across account teams
  • Provide technical guidance and prescriptive selling to maximize customer value and support renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech-led Customer Success or account management
  • Proven success in a 1:many/tech touch Customer Success organization
  • Experience managing the renewal process with accountability to a retention quota
  • Strong project management skills and experience with technical products
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
