Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic client relationships and engage with key decision makers
  • Monitor client health scores and conduct strategic account planning

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
  • Experience with tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Ability to drive customer training and product adoption
  • Strong understanding of HR user persona and customer health metrics
  • Resourceful with the ability to manage risk and foresee growth plans
