Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic client relationships and engage with key decision makers
- Monitor client health scores and conduct strategic account planning
- Act as the 'voice of the customer' in internal meetings and collaborate with Account Managers
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Experience with tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce
- Ability to drive customer training and product adoption
- Strong understanding of HR user persona and customer health metrics
- Resourceful with the ability to manage risk and foresee growth plans
