Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Manager Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and optimize the customer experience to achieve cost management and contract modifications
- Lead Services in the CALA North Sales Hub and ensure customer needs are met, providing guidance on necessary modifications
- Interface with various internal teams to ensure project deliverables and financial targets are met, while supporting pre-sales activities as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8-10 years of related experience, with a proven success in customer-facing roles
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, and large-scale procurement
- Skilled in organizational leadership, financial management, and contract negotiation
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred; security clearance may be required
