Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and optimize the customer experience to achieve cost management and contract modifications
  • Lead Services in the CALA North Sales Hub and ensure customer needs are met, providing guidance on necessary modifications
  • Interface with various internal teams to ensure project deliverables and financial targets are met, while supporting pre-sales activities as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 8-10 years of related experience, with a proven success in customer-facing roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, and large-scale procurement
  • Skilled in organizational leadership, financial management, and contract negotiation
  • PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred; security clearance may be required
