Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (East).
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes and ensure value from solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
- Negotiate long-term renewals and manage customer relationships to secure revenue uplift
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate customer projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success role
- Experience managing large, multinational accounts
- Strong technical acumen and program management skills
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment or telecoms is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable
