Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (East).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer outcomes and ensure value from solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Negotiate long-term renewals and manage customer relationships to secure revenue uplift
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate customer projects
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success role
  • Experience managing large, multinational accounts
  • Strong technical acumen and program management skills
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment or telecoms is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable
