Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, advocating for customer needs
  • Support customers in utilizing and operationalizing the company's platforms, including onboarding and health checks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer success plans and identify expansion opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 5-15 years of experience in post-sales/pre-sales, specifically in Customer Success managing Enterprise Customers
  • Experience in troubleshooting and independently resolving customer issues
  • Security or risk management experience preferred
  • Consulting background strongly encouraged
  • Occasional travel required
