Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, advocating for customer needs
- Support customers in utilizing and operationalizing the company's platforms, including onboarding and health checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer success plans and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in post-sales/pre-sales, specifically in Customer Success managing Enterprise Customers
- Experience in troubleshooting and independently resolving customer issues
- Security or risk management experience preferred
- Consulting background strongly encouraged
- Occasional travel required
