Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Lead the renewal process, including contract negotiations, to maintain a high retention rate
- Develop strategies to increase customer investment in products and conduct regular account reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Outreach is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers
