Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead the renewal process, including contract negotiations, to maintain a high retention rate
  • Develop strategies to increase customer investment in products and conduct regular account reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Outreach is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers
