Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive buyers and stakeholders to mitigate turnover risk
  • Drive customer success metrics and ensure successful outcomes on key use cases
  • Own the implementation-to-CSM handoff and provide internal product feedback and insights
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, SaaS consulting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise customer relationships, including renewals
  • Strong executive presence and experience with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience with SaaS implementations and project management
  • Ability to consult on complex workflows across People, Finance, and Recruiting functions
