Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product expert and educate clients on data, tools, and solutions
  • Independently manage customer retention and growth, including proactive communication and change management
  • Develop strategies to enhance engagement, adoption, and mitigate churn for long-term account growth
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management or strategic consulting, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
  • Technical aptitude with intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with syndicated data, preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
