Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a customer success team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client success metrics
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer retention and drive growth, identifying upselling opportunities
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success, providing insights to the executive team
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of account/client management and customer success experience in a client-facing role
  • 7+ years of experience leading and building high-performing customer success teams
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience required
  • 8+ years of experience with CRM tools and Microsoft or Google Office Suite of products
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
