Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide product expertise and training to ensure customers maximize the value of technology solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles within the tech industry
  • Experience in industries related to wildfire risk mitigation, weather analytics, and/or electric utilities
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex tech solutions
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using data and metrics to enhance customer engagement
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
