  • Resolve complex business and product challenges, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic client issues
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success SaaS role
  • Strong proficiency in hotel technology and relevant KPIs
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (JIRA, Trello)
  • Specialized knowledge or experience within the Hospitality technology industry, particularly in revenue management
  • Understanding of region/segment hospitality market dynamics and distribution landscape
