Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and growth by cultivating deep customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and deliver business reviews to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer health, identify renewal risks, and ensure successful renewals through collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in SaaS or a similar industry
  • 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise size accounts
  • General knowledge of tax reporting and compliance is a plus
  • Experience with CSM technologies such as Salesforce or Gainsight
  • Proficient in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
