- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers to drive adoption and retention
- Provide technical product expertise and educate various teams on the business value of automation
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and contribute to team development through coaching
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BS or equivalent education
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success management, or technical account management
- Experience in integration and/or business automation
- Understanding of large complex businesses with multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record of customer retention and growth
