Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own executive-level relationships for top-tier healthcare accounts, guiding clients through regulatory shifts
  • Co-create Joint Business Plans and lead Executive Business Reviews to maintain revenue retention and identify expansion leads
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing actionable insights to the Product team and optimizing customer success tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience managing strategic enterprise accounts
  • Direct experience in HealthTech, healthcare compliance, or credentialing is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms and CRM tools like HubSpot
  • A self-starter comfortable in a remote environment with limited oversight
  • Ability to identify churn risks and develop contingency plans
