Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead post-sales customer engagements and maximize the value of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, developing success plans and facilitating strategic account planning
- Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud products by using data insights to guide customers from baseline to advanced digital maturity
- Identify customer risks, crafting and executing plans to address concerns and promote customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in Customer Success roles within the tech industry, particularly in SaaS or digital marketing
- Prior experience in digital marketing/digital experiences with a strong understanding of data platforms and customer journey analytics
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in program management and data analysis
- Strong expertise in enterprise account management
