Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to support clients within the political advertising vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned political accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Lead client onboarding and training sessions while providing ongoing education on product updates and compliance requirements
  • Partner with clients on campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring, ensuring compliance standards are met
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
  • Strong background in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and DSP platforms
  • Direct experience in political advertising, including familiarity with compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting both self-serve and managed-service clients
  • Proven ability to train clients on complex SaaS or AdTech platforms
