Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to support clients within the political advertising vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned political accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Lead client onboarding and training sessions while providing ongoing education on product updates and compliance requirements
- Partner with clients on campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring, ensuring compliance standards are met
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
- Strong background in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and DSP platforms
- Direct experience in political advertising, including familiarity with compliance requirements
- Experience supporting both self-serve and managed-service clients
- Proven ability to train clients on complex SaaS or AdTech platforms
