Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with Customer Experience teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer value from solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers in a SaaS or similar environment
- Strong understanding of complex technology environments, including Cloud Native technologies
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is preferred
- Prior experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality
