Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with Customer Experience teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer value from solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers in a SaaS or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of complex technology environments, including Cloud Native technologies
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is preferred
  • Prior experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality
