Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention, adoption, and expansion goals
  • Set team goals and performance expectations aligned with customer outcomes and revenue objectives
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle execution, including onboarding, risk management, and expansion readiness
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or related customer-facing roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading or developing Customer Success teams
  • Experience managing retention, adoption, and growth outcomes across a customer portfolio
  • Experience leading cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams
  • Experience using CRM and customer success platforms to monitor customer performance
