Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Business and Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key customer relationships as a strategic partner to communicate value
- Oversee the customer experience for all clients within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to expand market share and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Account Management experience
- Strong understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS environment
- Customer-facing background within the software industry
- Higher education industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
