Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Account Management experience
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS environment
  • Customer-facing background within the software industry
  • Higher education industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
