Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with customer stakeholders to ensure value delivery throughout the customer journey
  • Orchestrate onboarding experiences and coordinate business reviews to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities
  • Develop renewal plans and provide strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders on the value of the platform


Required Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of experience in a technical account management, customer success, or post-sales role at a technology company
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, etc.)
  • Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
  • Knowledge of solving complex problems using internal resources
