Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities within the customer base to drive renewals and expansion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth transitions between Sales and Customer Success
- Manage and drive opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring proactive customer success
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
- Proven track record of managing accounts, securing renewals, and driving revenue growth
- Strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills with HR and L&D decision-makers
- Analytical skills to leverage data for client conversations and uncover opportunities
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
