Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for a high-priority book of health plan business, driving retention and revenue growth
  • Build trusted relationships with health plan customers to understand their needs and exceed their objectives
  • Navigate complex payor landscapes to ensure Sword's value proposition resonates with diverse stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success/account management, preferably in digital health
  • Experience managing national and regional health plans across various lines of business
  • Strong understanding of the payor financial landscape and value-based care models
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to create structure within ambiguous environments and a passion for improving healthcare access
