Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Health Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for a high-priority book of health plan business, driving retention and revenue growth
- Build trusted relationships with health plan customers to understand their needs and exceed their objectives
- Navigate complex payor landscapes to ensure Sword's value proposition resonates with diverse stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success/account management, preferably in digital health
- Experience managing national and regional health plans across various lines of business
- Strong understanding of the payor financial landscape and value-based care models
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Ability to create structure within ambiguous environments and a passion for improving healthcare access
