Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Scaled Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with SMB and Mid-Market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 150-200 accounts totaling $2-5M ARR
- Support customers through their lifecycle touchpoints and co-own the self-serve onboarding process
- Drive proactive customer touchpoints and collaborate with the Sales team to build account plans
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Scaled Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS company
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL or coding, with expertise in security products or cloud services
- Ability to interpret analytical insights to drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales teams to enhance customer experiences
