Job Summary

  • Form strategic relationships with key stakeholders to develop roadmaps and identify expansion opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and manage the customer contract renewal process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Customer-facing experience with relationship building and driving transformation programs
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred
  • Previous experience with SaaS preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
