Job Summary

- Form strategic relationships with key stakeholders to develop roadmaps and identify expansion opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and manage the customer contract renewal process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Customer-facing experience with relationship building and driving transformation programs
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred
- Previous experience with SaaS preferred
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
