Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders to position the company as a critical enabler of their business
- Act as an expert on the platform, guiding clients to optimal use and identifying new success-driving opportunities
- Own the renewal and expansion strategy for accounts, proactively monitoring client health and usage to drive adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationships within enterprise SaaS, focusing on content and asset lifecycle management
- Proven track record of translating complex client needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior executives, articulating value and building trust
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts and balance competing priorities
- Experience in media, broadcast, or streaming environments is a plus
