Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build deep, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders to position the company as a critical enabler of their business
  • Act as an expert on the platform, guiding clients to optimal use and identifying new success-driving opportunities
  • Own the renewal and expansion strategy for accounts, proactively monitoring client health and usage to drive adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationships within enterprise SaaS, focusing on content and asset lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of translating complex client needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior executives, articulating value and building trust
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts and balance competing priorities
  • Experience in media, broadcast, or streaming environments is a plus
