Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Publishers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships and success for a segment of publishing partners, including onboarding, campaign execution, and retention
  • Drive monetization for top-tier publishers by optimizing programmatic advertising sources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and convey publisher feedback for new monetization opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably with digital publishers
  • Experience in digital media or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of AdOps and the AdTech marketplace
  • Proficient in Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization software
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for marketing technology
