Job Summary

- Coach and motivate Customer Success team members to optimize performance
- Develop new projects and partnerships to enhance user awareness and growth
- Own a book of business (ARR) with responsibility for renewals, churn prevention, and expansion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong technology background with knowledge of the mobile apps ecosystem
- Proven track record in Technical Account Management or similar roles
- Fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish
