Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and motivate Customer Success team members to optimize performance
  • Develop new projects and partnerships to enhance user awareness and growth
  • Own a book of business (ARR) with responsibility for renewals, churn prevention, and expansion


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technology background with knowledge of the mobile apps ecosystem
  • Proven track record in Technical Account Management or similar roles
  • Fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish
