Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Health Plans and Digital Health sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, managing relationships from onboarding to renewal
- Lead technical onboarding and data ingestion efforts, ensuring successful implementation of solutions
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to track KPIs, demonstrate ROI, and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields within an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience working with health plans, payer organizations, or digital health companies
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level accounts with significant revenue
- Familiarity with data products, APIs, and technical onboarding workflows
- Strong project management experience, including managing complex timelines and stakeholders
